Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders received by 11:00am EST the same day in most cases, other orders will ship no later than the next business day.  Depending on what state you are in, shipping times will usually take 1-5 business days to receive. 

Can I get an order shipped quicker to me?
Yes, we have several options available.  Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Air.  Freight charges are based on the weight of your order and your shipping location.  Once your order is placed, you will be given the choice for expedited shipments and rates. The actual charges will be added to your order. 

Do You Ship Internationally?
No. We currently only ship products to the United States.

Why will I be charged a fee for my order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii when they are considered the USA?
Since you are not in the contiguous United States, our primary carriers, UPS and Fed Ex, are unable to deliver ground service packages.  Therefore, we use the US Postal Service, which requires additional costs. You may also select FedEx air service or UPS air service at an additional cost.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping in the contiguous United States on internet orders that total over $30. This offer does not apply to our vendors, distributors, or other volume purchasing partners.

All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered. If an item ordered becomes out of stock, the item is removed from your order. If this drops an order below $30, shipping will no longer be free and will be added to your receipt.

Trouble Shooting Online Orders

I have an Order Number, does that mean you have my order?
No, as soon as you add your first item to the shopping cart, you are assigned an order number.  You will have that order number even if you do not actually complete the order.  If we received your order, you will receive an email stating your order has been received. If you did not receive an email, we did not receive your order.  Please contact us if you are having problems..

How do I know if you received my order?
You will receive an email stating your order has been received.  If you did not receive an email, we did not receive your order.  Please contact us at 800-232-5272. You will also receive an email when your order ships along with tracking information, if applicable. (International and USPS shipments will not have tracking numbers emailed)

Can I automatically duplicate my last order?
Yes, click on the My Account link at the top of the screen. Once you are logged in, you are able to view your order history. Click on the ordery ou would like to duplicate and complete the check out process.

I lost my password, what do I do?
On the Sign-In Page, you will see a "forgot password" option. Simply click the link and provide us with your email address and we will promptly send you an email with your password. Website Security:

Is this site secure?
Yes, our site is secured by Network Solutions.  Our website can receive 128-bit encrypted information to ensure your personal data is protected.

Do I have to have a password to log in?
Yes, by having your own personal password, this assures that no one can see your private information.

What is a cookie?  Do I have to allow cookies? 
Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart.  If you do not allow cookies the shopping cart will not work.  Cookies contain the ID # of a shopping cart. Cookies that we use are not permanently stored on your computer.  When you close your browser the cookie is deleted.  For your safety, we never store your credit card information. Note:  If you are using an older version of Symantec Norton Internet Security, it may prohibit the proper use of cookies and will not allow your shopping carts to work properly.

How do I allow cookies from this web site?
For Internet Explorer: On the top menu bar, click on "Tools", then select "Internet Options", then select the "Privacy" tab. Near the bottom right of the Internet Options box will be a click button that says "Edit". Click on the "Edit" button. In the box below "Address of Web site:" enter "larascrafts.com". Click on the button to the right that says "Allow". Click on the button on the lower right hand corner that says "OK". Then click on the button in the lower middle that says "OK". Your browser is now set up to accept cookies from our site.

How do I return an item?
You may return any unopened packages to The New Image Group. Please call Customer Service at (800) 232-5272, ext 1 to receive a return authorization number. There is a 25% restocking fee associated with any unopened product returned to us. Also, if the value of the returned item reduces your overall order to under $30, shipping will be added back onto the cost of the order.
